أكد سموّ الشيخ محمد بن حمد الشرقي، ولي عهد الفجيرة، الدور المهم للشباب في تحقيق الرؤية الاستراتيجية الوطنية للدولة، وأهمية وجودهم في دعم مسيرة التنمية الشاملة والنهضة الحضارية وتطوّر مجالاتها المختلفة.

وأشار سموّه إلى الاهتمام الذي توليه القيادة الرشيدة بالشباب، وتبنّي الكفاءات والمواهب التي تدعم وجودهم في مواقع المساهمة في صنع القرار، وتلبية الاحتياجات المشتركة لنظرائهم، والتغلب على التحديات التي يواجهونها بمبادرات ومشاريع تعزز مسيرة العمل الشبابي في الدولة.

كما أكد سموّه دعم صاحب السموّ الشيخ حمد بن محمد الشرقي، عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم الفجيرة، للشباب، والحرص على استثمار طاقاتهم وتوجيه خبراتهم ومعارفهم، لتمكينهم من بناء مستقبل نهضوي يعزز قيم المجتمع والإنسان، ويسهم في تطور أركانه ونواحيه الحيوية على جميع الصُّعد.
جاء ذلك بمناسبة إعلان المؤسسة الاتحادية للشباب، والديوان الأميري بالفجيرة، تشكيل الدورة الجديدة من مجلس الفجيرة للشباب، الذين اختيروا بناءً على كفاءاتهم العلمية والشخصية، ليكونوا ممثلي الشباب وصوتهم الحي في إمارة الفجيرة.
وقالت شمّا المزروعي، وزيرة الدولة لشؤون الشباب “تعمل دولة الإمارات في ظل قيادتها الرشيدة، على منح شباب الوطن الكثير من الفرص لخلق مستقبل أفضل لهم ولمجتمعهم، بترسيخ نموذج عمل قائم على تمكين الشباب وتأهيلهم، لدور أكبر في مسيرة الإمارات نحو تحقيق الريادة في جميع المجالات”.
وأضافت “مجالس الشباب كانت وستبقى منبراً مفتوحاً تفسح المجال للشباب للتعبير عن وجهات نظرهم وأحلامهم، للمضي قدماً في تحويلها إلى واقع مثمر وإنجازات رائدة عالمياً. نبارك لأعضاء مجلس الفجيرة للشباب الجدد مهمتهم الوطنية الجديدة، ونؤكد لهم أنهم إضافة متميزة لمنظومة العمل الشبابي في الإمارات، ونتطلع إلى المزيد من العمل معهم من أجل ما فيه خير الوطن وشبابه”.
وتشتمل التشكيلة الجديدة من المجلس بدورته الخامسة: جاسم البلوشي، ونوف الكندي، وعبد العزيز البلوشي، وفيصل الحفيتي، وشهد الكعبي، وفاطمة الظنحاني، وشوق الضنحاني.

وأكد محمد سعيد الظنحاني، مدير الديوان الأميري بالفجيرة، أهمية دعم دور الشباب الحيوي داخل مجتمعاتهم وتعزيز روح الولاء والانتماء في نفوسهم، والاستماع إلى آرائهم، لتكون برامج عمل في المستقبل، تسهم في دعم عملية التنمية المستدامة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
وقال الظنحاني: إن إمارة الفجيرة تحرص بتوجيهات صاحب السموّ حاكم الفجيرة، ومتابعة سموّ ولي عهده، على دعم جميع المبادرات الشبابية التي تصب في تمكين الشباب وتنمية مهاراتهم، وتأهيلهم في كل القطاعات ليكونوا روّاداً في بناء المستقبل.
وأوضح أن تشكيل مجالس الشباب المحلية خطوة نحو الأمام في خلق بيئة محفزة للإبداع والابتكار وترفد المجتمع بدماء جديدة شابة، تساهم في رسم الاستراتيجيات والخطط المستقبلية لكل قطاعات الشباب.
